Community Referring

Taking care of your health and wellbeing is important because when you prioritise your health, you feel better, have more energy, and can enjoy life to the fullest. It’s not just about living longer, but living a happier and more fulfilling life.

Torus Foundation wants to help those living across Torus customers to eat well, stay active, manage stress and encourage rest to make the most of your wellbeing.

Through ‘Community Referring’, the Foundation’s Health and Wellbeing Officers are working with local organisations and partners so you can gain access to support and services in your area.

The team will work with you to look at what you could benefit from as an individual, such as encouraging you to get involved with local activities from art classes to support groups and whatever the options available, the aim is to help work towards improving both your physical and mental health needs.

The following information is gathered to help an idea of the support you may need and a Health and Wellbeing Officer from Torus Foundation will be in touch to discuss further.
