Torus Foundation strives to help improve lives and grow stronger communities As the charitable part of the Torus Group, the North West’s largest affordable homes provider, we work with a wide range of partners, investing group profits in health and wellbeing, education, social and economic initiatives that improve the lives of local people and help to grow stronger communities.

Improving people’s lives and strengthening communities. That’s Torus Foundation’s key goals, and to achieve them we invest profits and resources from the Torus Group, the North West’s largest affordable homes provider and a major regional social investor.
