Torus Foundation's Community Investment Fund (CIF) is open to community groups and local organisations to increase support across Torus communities in Liverpool, St.Helens and Warrington.
To be eligible, applications must support one or more of the Foundation's focus areas that benefit Torus tenants and residents, and those living within Torus neighbourhoods:
- Employment and skills
- Financial inclusion
- Youth services
- Health and wellbeing
- Digital inclusion
Organisations can apply for a grant of up to £5,000 in any one year.
Please note, applications will only be accepted from small charities and not-for-profit companies with a total income of less than £500,000. Due diligence checks will be completed for all applicants. Statutory Agencies such as the Police and Local Authorities are not eligible to apply, however, the Foundation will consider requests from Children’s Centres and schools.
Funding decisions are made by the Community Investment Fund Panel, made up of Torus tenants, twice a year.

- Successful applicants notified by 18 June 2025
November 2025 Applications
- Application Deadline – 27 October 2025
- Successful applicants notified by 17 November 2025
