Torus Foundation has recently completed it's latest Women in Construction, welcoming participants for two weeks of training that provided an insight into the construction industry.
The group also enjoyed hands on sessions for; painting and wallpapering, plastering, tiling and bricklaying.
Other training included; Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness and Health & Safety to gain your CSCS card.
North West based construction and contractor company, HMS, was on hand to chat to the group about the various roles in the construction industry and answered their questions.
