This programme is delivered through a strong partnership of providers across the whole Liverpool City Region, ensuring comprehensive support reaches those who need it most.

At Torus Foundation, we grow stronger communities by engaging with individuals, encouraging genuine conversations, understanding individuals, and working with individuals to move forward with support.

Whilst the project extends across many communities and partners, here at the Torus Foundation, we are proud to focus our resources on supporting residents in St Helens and Halton, helping to build stronger communities together.
