Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic we’ve made the health and safety of our tenants, residents and staff our number one priority.
For now, our services remain unchanged but we’re reviewing detailed guidance following the Government announcement of May 10th. If we start to reintroduce services or reopen our offices, we’ll let you know.
Rest assured, any decisions we make will still put your health, safety and wellbeing first.
The safety of our customers including Torus tenants and the wider community, staff and key partners remains our top priority and as the situation evolves, here are some important updates in regards to our services:

Reporting repairs – To protect you and prevent the spread of coronavirus, Torus will only be responding to EMERGENCY repairs until further notice. To find out what is classed as an emergency, find out here

Torus Foundation is continuing to ask everyone to please help us to minimise the risk of germs – as basic as it is, please make sure you wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds with soap and running water.
