Torus Foundation organises activities for a number over 55’s tenants living within Torus’ sheltered and extra care schemes across Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington.

Our Health and Wellbeing Officers deliver a varied programme of activities, which help residents to look at ways of improving their health and wellbeing.

Health and Wellbeing Officer, Tracey explains,

“The sessions are an opportunity for Torus residents to get together, so it’s really good for reducing isolation. Everyone gets involved.

I’ve really enjoyed seeing people gain confidence and improve their health and wellbeing. It’s key that our residents are feeling better, physically, mentally and socially.”

If you or someone you know is a Torus tenant living in one of the sheltered or extra care schemes and would like more information, please contact us below or speak to the scheme’s dedicated Health and Wellbeing Officer.
