Please note that face to face sessions are currently on hold due to the COVID19 restrictions. If you’re looking for support with IT skills you can still contact Torus Foundation on 0300 123 5809 or email info@torusfoundation.org.uk – Thank you

The Torus Foundation is a partner in the Include IT Mersey project, which aims to help unemployed people aged between 40 and 62 take steps towards employment, by giving them or improving their digital skills.

For most employers, basic digital skills are a must so having them can really improve someone’s chance of getting a job.  The project can support individuals to:

  • Take a recognised computer skills qualification
  • Access computers and improve your confidence
  • Get one-to-one support searching for jobs and improving your interview skills
  • Get help making Universal Credit claims online and maintaining your claimant commitment

“I now realise I can do so much with the internet and it’s not as hard as you might think!”
