Torus Foundation works with a range for local partners to organise and deliver a range of weekly activity sessions to help people improve their health and wellbeing, have fun, build their confidence and make new friends.

Cath, Health Promotion Officer, explains,

“The sessions don’t just help people to improve their fitness, they also help people who feel isolated.  We understand that people can be nervous about doing something new, but we are here to encourage and support them to make that first step. We are a friendly group and everyone really enjoys themselves.”

These activities are held across Torus communities and all are welcome to attend.
