In addition to delivering free health and wellbeing activities for Torus customers, weekly sessions are also held in various locations across Torus communities in Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington.

The team organise a schedule to bring sessions to various locations and vary activities depending on community need and demand, so always check with your local Health and Wellbeing Officer below to check where and when you can get involved with.

These community wellbeing sessions are also open to non Torus tenants, so don’t forget to share with your friends and family – all abilities welcome!
