In addition to delivering free health and wellbeing activities for Torus customers, weekly sessions are also held in various locations across Torus communities in Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington.
The team organise a schedule to bring sessions to various locations and vary activities depending on community need and demand, so always check with your local Health and Wellbeing Officer below to check where and when you can get involved with.
These community wellbeing sessions are also open to non Torus tenants, so don’t forget to share with your friends and family – all abilities welcome!
Contact your local Health and Wellbeing Officer for up-to-date information on session times and locations:

You can also follow Torus Foundation on social media for activity updates.
Additional activities are also being delivered in partnership with a number of local schools and organisations. If you’re interested in arranging a collaboration, contact the Foundation using the details below.
Torus tenants living in the sheltered and extra care schemes are also invited to attend regular activities to help improve the overall health and wellbeing. Residents can find up to date timetables within their scheme.
